I seek an HR role where I can drive recruitment, improve employee engagement, and support performance and learning initiatives within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a Human Resource graduate with hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, having supported HR operations at Amazon Energy and internship roles in Lagos. I combine strong analytical thinking, conflict management, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office to streamline HR processes and support organizational goals.
