What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI-powered digital health work where accuracy and clinical safety matter—building and evaluating production systems grounded in biochemistry and nutrition. I want teams that value rigorous QA, real-world deployment, and measurable impact.

I’m a biochemist, nutritionist, and food technologist with nearly 20 years of experience spanning clinical research, pharmaceutical manufacturing, international operations, and digital health. I’m dynamic and solution-oriented, and I consistently anticipate problems before they arise.

I contributed to updating the WHO Childhood Obesity Guidelines and the B.Braun Spain Parenteral Nutrition Guide, and I’ve published in international journals including JPGN and Elsevier. For nearly 6 years at Apeel Sciences, I held both technical and supply chain coordination roles across Spain, LATAM, the Netherlands, and South Africa.

Now I’m the founder of Lumera, a hormonal and nutritional wellness app with advanced AI integration, where I built and evaluated production AI systems daily. I engineered Lumera’s AI assistant prompt architecture using the Anthropic Claude API, deployed food photo analysis via Claude Vision API, and rigorously assess accuracy, hallucinations, and clinical safety—especially in Spanish—grounded in my biochemistry, clinical nutrition, and QA background.
