At Global Connectra Services Ltd., I manage overseas construction and trades recruitment for Sri Lanka-based deployments, from sourcing and screening through onboarding and documentation. I built a Google Sheets tracker and recruitment dashboards that replaced manual daily Excel reporting.

I also designed an AI-assisted interview evaluation workflow using Whisper transcription to assess multilingual interviews and produce structured reports. I extended it to assess recruiter and coordinator interviews, and built a document-extraction prototype to populate candidate CV information.

At Codekart Solution, I supported recruitment through resume screening and interview scheduling, managed onboarding and employee documentation, and streamlined Excel-based HR tracking sheets.

As an HR Intern at Visa Steel Ltd., I managed onboarding logistics for Graduate Engineer Trainees, supported employee queries, and maintained employee records and checklists. I also designed an employee engagement survey and Excel dashboards to visualize its findings.
