At Pleo, I own workplace operations and employee experience for the Copenhagen HQ, and lead a team of five across Copenhagen and international hubs. I introduced a new on-site catering model projected to save approximately EUR 130K annually, coordinating supplier trials, employee feedback, negotiation and implementation.
I also contribute to workplace relocations and space changes across the office portfolio, using attendance data and employee feedback to inform planning. I’ve developed multi-site processes, strengthened health, safety and security practices, and plan Pleo’s Summer and Winter Gatherings.
