At The LEGO Group, I identified that Workday couldn’t support long-term candidate relationships and took the initiative to design and build a complementary internal tool with engineering. I also support LEGO Design’s talent and capability ecosystem and coach colleagues on craft and career.

At Haufe Group, I partnered with the Product Owner of a SaaS Learning Experience platform on functionality and user research, working with engineering and design. The platform won a Brandon Hall 2020 award.

At Springer Nature, I prototyped and rolled out a global Learning Management System, covering vendor selection, requirements, rollout, and adoption. I also co-led a workflow system rollout to ~4,000 users, introducing a super-user network and leading training and change across the US, Europe, and Asia.
