What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead tech and operations together—scaling multi-location teams, delivering cost reductions, and building production AI/data-driven systems in fast-paced, international environments.

I’m a Tech & Ops Lead with five years scaling a multi-country operation from two to five locations. In my current role as Head of Operations & Tech Lead, I’ve delivered 30% cost reductions through data-driven workforce restructuring, while strengthening quality oversight and improving shift coverage and employee satisfaction across four locations.

I bridge deep technical execution with strategic operational leadership, owning end-to-end IT operations across five locations to ensure system stability and day-to-day continuity. I’ve architected and delivered an internal AI assistant end-to-end (Python, PostgreSQL, GCP) and I’m currently engineering a custom point-of-sale system from the ground up, while building and mentoring a 35+ person cross-functional team across locations with structured onboarding and technical documentation standards.
