I've spent the past ten years working at the intersection of HR technology, employee experience and people analytics, helping global organisations turn workforce data into meaningful business insight.

At Deutsche Bank, I lead global employee engagement initiatives for approximately 95,000 employees. I partner with senior HR leaders, business stakeholders and COOs to analyse feedback, identify trends and develop action plans that strengthen organisational culture and leadership effectiveness.

I produce executive reporting for senior leadership and the Management Board, translating complex people data into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategic People priorities.

I've built HR dashboards, KPI reporting and workforce insights using Qualtrics, advanced Excel, Workday and SuccessFactors. I care about data integrity, clear data storytelling and continuous improvement, and I enjoy helping leaders understand the story behind the data so they can act with confidence.
