What I'm looking for
I am a Workforce MI Manager with deep experience in workforce planning, reporting and analytics across retail and hospitality environments. I design and deliver Power BI and Excel reporting, create data warehouses and integrate data from systems such as Workday, Cognos and Essbase to provide trusted operational and executive insights.
I have led rollouts of workforce planning tools across multiple stores during volatile periods, introduced new KPIs to improve sales performance and productivity, and reduced manual processes by digitising absence and return-to-work workflows to strengthen data privacy and governance.
I collaborate closely with HR, Reward, Finance and Operations to inform incentive and pay decisions, improve operational efficiency and support store openings; my work has been recognised internally and nominated for awards.
