What I'm looking for

I’m pursuing an International Master in HR and Organization and looking to continue building my career in human resources, supporting employees and organizational operations in multicultural environments.

At Tuuci, I supported HR operations and employee records for a workforce of 500+ employees. I also supported onboarding for over 1,000 employees, from new-hire paperwork and I-9 verification to HRIS data entry and orientation.

I used UKG and Paycom for daily HR operations and supported full-cycle recruiting through Jobvite. I coordinated interviews, tracked candidates, and assisted with onboarding.

As a Human Resources Intern at Tuuci, I supported onboarding, I-9 audits, and employee recordkeeping. I also assisted with employee engagement and planning corporate events for 500+ employees.

I’m pursuing an International Master in HR and Organization at Rome Business School, building on my bachelor’s degree in psychology. Fluent in Italian and English, with B2 Spanish, I bring experience working across multicultural environments.
