What I'm looking for

I’m seeking fully remote roles in quality management, compliance, learning and development, governance, or risk, particularly in public sector, social care, healthcare operations, professional services, or NGO environments.

At Aġenzija Sapport, I implemented the agency’s first integrated quality, risk, and compliance software, streamlining audit tracking, stakeholder feedback, and CAPA management across four directorates. I also developed the Quality Assurance department’s assessment frameworks and monitoring structures in line with UNCRPD, legal, and national care standards.

As Quality Audit, Risk, Research and Innovation Manager, I administered the quality management system, conducted internal audits, and carried out risk assessments across directorates. I also served as Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance training, privacy law adherence, and the whistleblower framework.

I’m currently collaborating with Auren Institute to develop and co-create professional eLearning courses at MQF Level 4. My work draws on subject-matter expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and inclusive business practices, alongside experience in learning and development and international working groups.
