What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver high-impact Jira and Atlassian platform solutions through administration, automation, integrations, and cloud migrations that enable secure, scalable Agile and ITSM workflows.

At Canan Technologies, I build and support Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Bitbucket solutions across Windows, Atlassian Cloud, Server, and Data Center environments.

I've configured workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, notification schemes, Agile boards, dashboards, JQL reporting, and SLA configurations to support secure, scalable Agile and ITSM operations. I also develop Jira Automation Rules and ScriptRunner-based scripting, including behaviours, listeners, fragments, and jobs.

For META-INF and HAYS, I've managed installations, upgrades, migrations, user access, customer portals, queues, approvals, and automation while resolving production issues involving integrations, APIs, plugins, and performance.

I build REST API integrations with third-party systems, create Jira Cloud plugins using Atlassian Connect, and develop Confluence Cloud apps that improve collaboration and documentation workflows.
