I’m looking for Business Development, Operations, Digital Marketing, or AI-enabled Business Analyst roles where automation and strategic thinking can drive measurable results and real operational improvements.

I’m a BBA (Strategic Management) graduate focused on business operations, analytics, and AI automation. I combine digital marketing fundamentals with hands-on workflow design to turn operational pain points into measurable improvements.

I’ve independently designed an AI-Powered Client Engagement & Lead Recovery System, integrating WhatsApp Business API, n8n, and Claude API for end-to-end automation. I scoped the workflow for client enquiry handling, automated follow-up logic, and structured data logging to address missed leads and manual follow-ups.

Alongside automation work, I analyze marketing performance and identify growth opportunities. In a Digital Marketing Campaign Analysis project, I applied SEO and social media strategy frameworks to deliver actionable recommendations for improving engagement and audience reach.

I also strengthen my decision-making through research. My Market Research Project used primary and secondary research on consumer behavior to surface key market trends and present data-driven findings to a faculty panel.
