I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. I focus on developing CRM workflows and adapting applications to business needs.

In my recent role I designed and delivered Salesforce solutions, tested software prior to release, and recommended process improvements to streamline team and project workflows. I quickly learn new technologies and prioritize competing demands effectively.

I have led Field Service implementations including configuring field service settings, dispatcher console, and customizing the FSL mobile app, as well as creating quick actions and screen flows. I’ve developed Field Service flows for mobile apps and provided training and support for technicians and team members.

I implement Service Cloud features such as Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case, integrate Gmail, and design custom objects, record types, page layouts, and connected apps for integrations. I also write Apex classes (including scheduled classes) and manage data import/export to meet business needs.
