I am a detail-oriented Fraud and AML Analyst with experience in transaction monitoring, alert review, and investigative research across financial services.

At TTEC I monitor and analyze potential fraudulent activities, utilize fraud detection tools, and conduct background checks to mitigate risk. Previously at HSBC Data Processing I reviewed system-triggered AML alerts, KYC/AML documentation, and worked on global AML typologies.

My background includes handling chargebacks and disputed transactions, contacting customers for verification, and maintaining turnaround times while escalating complex cases for further review. I leverage MS Office, Tally, and data analysis skills alongside strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

I hold an MBA (HR) in progress and a BCom (CSM) completed in collaboration with HSBC, and I seek to apply investigative acumen and regulatory knowledge to protect organizational assets and support compliance programs.
