I monitored transactions for suspicious activity and potential fraud risks, while ensuring work followed banking policies, regulatory standards, and client guidelines. I also prepared case summaries, operational reports, and fraud trend analysis.

At Genpact, I investigated debit card fraud and analyzed disputes in retail banking operations. I reviewed transactions to identify fraud, monitored accounts, and supported fraud prevention actions.
