What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support ISP/MSP business customers across SD-WAN, circuits, VoIP, VPN, managed routers, and firewalls in an SLA-driven environment where I can own incidents end-to-end and grow my network engineering capabilities.

At Wipro, I own enterprise network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, internet access, and Microsoft OS incidents from intake through resolution. I troubleshoot endpoint, LAN, WAN, ISP, DNS, authentication, and remote-access issues while coordinating escalations with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

I also bring Microsoft India Development Center experience investigating application and system incidents, validating releases, and creating support documentation. Through hands-on labs, I've configured BGP, OSPF, VRRP, FortiGate policies, NAT, IPsec VPNs, QoS, and SD-WAN routing scenarios.
