I've delivered end-to-end payroll processing for IRIS, Clarks, BookCheck and Bishop Jones Chartered Accountants, supporting large client payrolls across multiple pay cycles. At BookCheck, I held sole responsibility for 750 employees across 60+ client payrolls, including HMRC queries, BACS submissions, auto-enrolment compliance, pension reconciliation and year-end processing.
I've also managed payroll teams and systems projects, including bringing pension payrolls in-house at Buck Consultants for 23,000 pensioners and processing 60,000 client pensioners. My background spans IRIS, SAP, Paycircle, Ceridian, ADP, Resourcelink, SAGE and Pegasus Opera, alongside payroll software implementation, procedure documentation and audit work.
