Bethuel Momanyi

I’m a highly motivated HR candidate with a strong academic foundation in HR functions, including recruitment procedures, HR documentation, and labour laws compliance. I bring proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time management abilities, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I’m also empathetic with a high level of emotional intelligence, which I value for employee relations.

As a Human Resource Intern at the Deputy County Commissioner’s Office- Nyanchwa (12th May 2024 to 31st July 2024), I supported recruitment and selection activities, staff performance appraisal systems (SPAS), and the leave application and processing/approval process. I also contributed to training and orientation of new staff, staff establishment monthly returns, staff welfare management and HR welfare, and staff discipline/conduct. I’m a quick learner and team player, focused on delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
