What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create and promote a training culture that instills curiosity and a desire for job growth throughout the company, while improving safety, compliance, and employee capability.

At Nutrien Ag Solutions, I develop professional development, on-the-job, and refresher training across multiple production sites to support Process Safety Management compliance, operator certification, and stronger safety outcomes.

I've built simulator-based operator training, revamped certification processes around troubleshooting and process optimization, implemented SuccessFactors at the Geismar site, and created corporate procedure standards and qualified procedure-writer training for Nutrien sites. I also develop curricula, online learning content, shift-log software solutions, and multilingual training that meet regulatory and site-specific needs.

My foundation comes from process operations at BASF and AMCOL, training consulting at GP Strategies for clients including Koch Fertilizer, Mississippi Power, Flint Hills Resources, Sunoco Logistics, and HollyFrontier, and aviation electronics work in the U.S. Navy.
