I seek a role managing complex contracts in clinical research or academic settings where I can lead negotiations, improve processes, ensure data privacy compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally for measurable impact.

I am a contract manager with focused experience negotiating and managing confidentiality, data use, and master service agreements, and other research-related and commercial agreements across academic, governmental, nonprofit, and industry partners.

I have led contract pipelines from inception to execution, drafted and negotiated Confidentiality Agreements, Data Use Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, amendments, and terminations, and created template processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and GCP standards.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, present concise status updates, and maintain detailed contract databases to ensure momentum, timely resolution, and protection of institutional interests including data privacy and intellectual property.
