At Milwaukee County, I manage the $183.7M ARPA portfolio across 72 projects, building federal compliance frameworks, tracking tools, and more than 20 Treasury reports under 2 CFR 200 Uniform Guidance.

I turn operational analysis into implementation. After producing 19 recommendations for the Community Reintegration Center, I now lead a priority initiative to reduce the pretrial population while partnering with frontline staff, department heads, courts, and elected sponsors.

I establish performance-management and data-governance frameworks, define KPIs, translate complex data into clear decisions, and have secured more than $4M in additional federal and state funding. I manage five staff and lead a 10-person Program Hub focused on standardizing processes and encouraging innovation.

Previously at LISC and Rooted & Rising, I secured federal funding, managed grant and contract portfolios, built community partnerships, directed AmeriCorps programming, and created compliance and financial-oversight systems for HUD and CDBG work.
