At Bell Canada as a Customer Care Representative, I answered inbound calls, chats, and customer inquiries, explaining plans, promotions, and contracts while assisting with billing, payments, account changes, and upgrades.

Previously, I worked as a Package Handler & Delivery Associate at FedEx Warehouse, loading and unloading packages while meeting strict deadlines and helping maintain efficient shipment flow, with basic customer service included.
