At Advanced Printer-Ink Technologies, I manage customer and account-holder enquiries, process orders and support ongoing client relationships. I help customers select products and identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
I also handle day-to-day sales administration, payments, emails and WhatsApp communication. I receive stock, verify deliveries and supplier invoices, and liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve delivery, product and service issues.
Previously, at The Inky Shop, I assisted customers with product selection and purchases, processed payments and supported stock control. My earlier experience includes hotel operations, office assistance, cashiering and deli work.
