At Meketa Investment Group, I lead cross-functional technical programs spanning developers, contractors, offshore engineers, product owners, and an AI specialist. I coordinate scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery outcomes from intake through release readiness.

I build integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependency maps, and delivery dashboards for velocity, capacity, sprint progress, defects, and program health. I expanded Azure DevOps traceability from approximately 10% to near-complete coverage, creating a single source of truth for planning and reporting.

Previously at Meketa, Concentrix, UNICEF, and GCTU, I translated stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, solution designs, testing activities, and scalable technology improvements. I’ve supported Agile delivery, UAT, production support, incident management, root cause analysis, change management, and business process optimization.

I also champion AI-enabled estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements discovery, and forecasting while establishing governance for responsible AI development. I bring 15+ years of experience connecting engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders around clear, executable workstreams.
