At Frisco Independent School District, I manage accounts payable for approximately 80 vendors serving 89 schools and administrative facilities. I process 500–1,000 invoices each week and administer roughly $500,000 in monthly ACH and electronic vendor payments.

I review invoices, purchase orders, statements, credits, and supporting documentation; reconcile accounts; analyze aging reports; and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

Previously, I supported procurement and budget tracking for 30 middle and high school campuses as an Athletics Clerk. As Treasurer for Roach Middle School PTA, I managed payables and receivables, reconciled bank, credit card, and e-commerce accounts, and prepared monthly financial statements for board review.

My experience also includes budget reporting, variance analysis, financial and operational reporting, contract administration, and process improvement at MetLife Auto & Home and Praxair Distribution. I hold an Associate Degree in Accounting with a 4.0 GPA.
