Previously, I led retail and business development at Tilal International Trademarks in Oman, overseeing DeFacto operations and implementing a new SOP, ERP integration, and campaign structure. I also signed three new franchise brands from a portfolio of 21.

At Equinox Global Investments in Qatar, I managed buying, merchandising, visual merchandising, and retail operations while introducing four new brands to the Qatar market. My work has covered commercial negotiations, feasibility studies, business plans, sales forecasts, P&Ls, cash flow, and store openings.

Across Koton, Polo Garage, Bilsar, Harvey Nichols, Tommy Hilfiger, and Zara, I've led sales, operations, buying, commercial planning, merchandising, and store teams. I bring hands-on fashion and home-lifestyle retail experience across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, lingerie, denim, accessories, footwear, and home textiles.
