What I'm looking for

I seek a client-facing ECM or business informatics role where I design workflows, integrate systems (ELO/low-code), apply analytics to improve processes, and grow within collaborative teams while delivering measurable results.

I am a business informatics graduate with hands-on experience in Enterprise Content Management and client-facing technical support. At ttt-it AG I delivered ELO ECM workshops, led business and process analysis, designed and configured workflows, and implemented interface development and low-code integrations; at Cegecom I respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and handle complaints to improve the overall customer experience.

Earlier, as a data science trainee at SÜDKURIER I worked with Mapp Intelligence for web analytics, created a prediction model for article quality, and built ETL pipelines in KNIME. I passed my Bachelor in Business Informatics with honors and apply a pragmatic, client-focused approach to integrating systems, designing workflows, and using analytics to drive measurable improvements.
