What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can use my diagnostic, root-cause mindset and cybersecurity coursework to help secure systems, investigate issues, and resolve problems carefully—while working with a team that values clear communication and professionalism.

I’m a detail-oriented and analytical cybersecurity major with a strong technical foundation built over nearly four years in professional mechanics at Goodyear, where I specialized in maintenance and repair of complex fleet vehicles, including Amazon delivery trucks.

I’m driven to apply my meticulous, diagnostic methodology—from initial system assessment to secure resolution—to IT and cybersecurity challenges. In fast-paced, high-stakes environments, I focus on identifying root causes, executing preventive maintenance protocols, and documenting work according to service standards.

Alongside hands-on troubleshooting, I bring more than three years of team-oriented customer service experience, delivering efficient solutions with professionalism and communicating technical details clearly. I’ve also built practical operational discipline through warehouse and service roles, including teamwork and communication to complete shift tasks.

My education strengthened my cybersecurity approach through coursework in Cybersecurity Ethical Hacking Fundamentals, Linux & Unix, JavaScript I, Cyber Investigation, and Quality Control/Assurance. I also stay engaged through community involvement with the Center for Male Engagement (CME) and Philadelphia Futures, supporting mentorship, college preparation, and service events.
