I am a Blackbaud-certified nonprofit professional with a strong foundation in fundraising operations, donor engagement, and database management. In my role as a Fundraising Database Specialist at NOVA, I manage the Raiser’s Edge NXT database, ensuring accurate records and effective donor segmentation. I generate LYBUNT reports to analyze trends that drive our fundraising strategies and contribute to grant writing and reporting. My collaborative efforts with marketing and finance teams streamline cross-departmental initiatives, while I lead the technical execution of fundraising events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from backend setup to reporting.

Previously, as the Lead Head Administrator at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, I directed all administrative and HR operations, maintained compliance with organizational standards, and served as the primary liaison for families during difficult times. My diverse skill set and dedication to continual growth in the nonprofit sector position me as a valuable asset to any mission-driven organization.
