I've led commercial and operational strategy across Earl Kendrick Property and Construction Group, FRC an RSK Company, Currie and Brown, and MCD Group. My work spans regulatory-compliant processes, business development, contract negotiation, risk management, and delivery across large construction and remediation portfolios.

At FRC, I oversaw 77 live fire-remediation projects alongside high-risk-building compartmentation works, leading project managers, surveyors, fire engineers, and building safety managers. I've implemented Building Safety Act 2022 compliance processes, managed P&L and EBITDA reviews, chaired cost value reconciliations, and created new revenue streams and supply-chain systems.

I've delivered projects including a £6 million modular build in 26 weeks and supported major schemes such as the £262 million Royal Bournemouth Hospital redevelopment. I bring experience across Bespoke, JCT, NEC and ICE contracts, commercial analytics, tendering, development finance, and strategies that have helped quadruple company revenue from £2.5 million to £20 million.
