What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into a Data Protection/Information Governance role at IC24, applying my NHS and regulatory experience to protect sensitive patient data, support secure information flows, and earn formal DP/IG qualifications.

I’m a motivated, analytically grounded health and data professional with a unique combination of frontline NHS patient-care experience, pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, and advanced data science capability. I currently serve as a Health Advisor at IC24, with direct operational insight into primary care service delivery, clinical information flows, and organisational systems.

Before IC24, I spent over five years at GlaxoSmithKline, managing national pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting. I handled sensitive patient and prescriber data across regulated channels and supported incident management and resolution frameworks, while piloting and scaling a manual order tracking approach that was integrated into Veeva CRM for national use.

I’m also bringing strong practical healthcare experience—from hospital and community pharmacy—plus an MSc in Data Science (University of Wolverhampton). Now, I’m seeking to transition into the Data Protection Manager role at IC24, with a commitment to obtaining formal DP/IG qualification and strengthening secure information governance aligned with patient-care priorities.
