At Abtrace, I translated complex national healthcare contracts (e.g., QOF, Greater Manchester Medicine Management guidelines) into actionable digital triage workflows—boosting clinic revenue by 45%. I expanded the Clinical Logic Engine by authoring and merging 493 pull requests in Python and SQL, increasing the algorithmic ruleset from 774 to 1,607 and extending platform coverage to over 5 million patients.

I build for both performance and safety: I developed data pipelines to automate over 3 million patient triage messages, enabling automated recalls for more than 71,000 blood tests and 12,000 cancer screenings. I also diagnosed and refactored critical logic errors, reducing system bugs by 50% while maintaining Class II medical device compliance.

Previously, as a Process Engineer Pharmacist at GlaxoSmithKline, I developed and optimized pharmaceutical development models using MATLAB, improving predictive accuracy by 10%. I also led end-to-end technology transfer while keeping zero disruption to strict R&D timelines, and I’ve applied health economics through projects modeling cost-benefit and QALYs.
