Benjamin Li
@benjaminli
IP litigation attorney with technical computer science expertise and cross-border experience.
What I'm looking for
I am an intellectual property litigator with a strong technical foundation in computer science and hands-on experience handling complex patent disputes across the U.S. and China. I combine technical fluency in Java, Python, and C++ with litigation skills developed drafting complaints, motions, IPR petitions, and Markman briefings.
At King & Wood Mallesons I coordinated discovery and client communication for Chinese clients in U.S. matters, performed mass data analysis of productions, and handled sensitive source-code discovery. Earlier clerkships at Fish & Richardson, Covington & Burling, and K&L Gates reinforced my experience with large-scale discovery, prior-art analysis, and trial support.
I am admitted to the New Jersey Bar (April 2021) and am applying to sit for the Patent Bar; I bring international perspective, technical literacy, and a practice-driven approach to resolving high-stakes IP disputes.
