Represented Fortune 500 companies in professional liability, employment, and fiduciary liability litigation, including privacy law matters, regulatory compliance, government investigations, securities class actions, and shareholder derivative suits. Served as monitoring counsel supervising insurance defense litigation across a portfolio of more than 50 complex business disputes.

Researched and drafted a successful motion to dismiss a case of first impression under the Massachusetts wrongful death statute and Uniform Probate Code. Managed an active caseload of 25 complex business litigation matters through all stages of development, including dispositive motion practice, brief writing, discovery, depositions, court hearings, and trial.

Drafted advisory memoranda assisting businesses and municipal agencies with compliance under state and federal regulations, including federal privacy law, public contracting, and employment discrimination. Authored a Petition for Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court in a nationally significant case concerning reporting standards for corporate compliance investigations.

Drafted memoranda outlining remedial compliance steps for corporations under investigation, which were incorporated into two successful FCPA settlement agreements. Advised senior attorneys on whether potential securities violations warranted new investigations under the SEC Enforcement Manual.

Worked with the Senior Policy & Advocacy Director to draft legislative arguments on the SAFE Act pertaining to domestic abuse and gender equality, later integrated into the Fair Employment Protection Act presented before Congress. Researched and drafted arguments for a U.S. Supreme Court appeal in Vance v. Ball State University.

Conducted legal research and drafted policy memoranda on municipalities' potential violations of federal civil rights regulations pertaining to police and prisoner affairs. Hosted seminars for practice groups on emerging trends in statutory compliance litigation.

Engaged with the European Union, the UK Department for International Development, and members of the British Parliament to mobilize resources for developing stronger criminal justice systems in Kenya, Cambodia, Chennai, Bangalore, and other regions.
