Henry Tran
@henrytran
I build litigation and regulatory strategies for complex employment, privacy, securities, and government-investigation matters.
What I'm looking for
At Loeb & Loeb, I advise Fortune 100 companies on developing legislation, regulatory compliance, and litigation prevention while serving as senior trial counsel in employment disputes, PAGA claims, and class actions.
I've represented Fortune 500 companies in privacy, securities, professional liability, fiduciary liability, and employment litigation, managed monitoring counsel across more than 50 complex business disputes, and developed novel arguments in first-impression cases. My earlier work included SEC enforcement matters, corporate whistleblower advocacy culminating in a U.S. Supreme Court certiorari petition, and civil-rights research with the DOJ Special Litigation Section.
I also bring an international rule-of-law and human-rights perspective shaped by work with International Justice Mission UK, the European Union, UK Parliament, NGOs, and legal research teams. I translate evolving legal questions into practical, risk-calibrated guidance for corporate clients, government stakeholders, and the public.
