What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can strengthen accreditation and compliance, build student-success and governance systems, and make online and distance education work for learners who need it most through rigorous, data-informed execution.

I bring over 20 years of progressive experience across university registration, academic programme governance, faculty leadership, curriculum development, and accreditation compliance across institutions in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. I build and transform academic organisations “from the inside out,” aligning faculty performance, course design, student success infrastructure, and regulatory compliance into systems that work at scale.

In my current senior academic leadership role, I steward academic integrity across programmes and ensure audit-ready compliance with German higher education regulatory requirements and international accreditation standards. I have redesigned and operationalised academic governance frameworks, led end-to-end accreditation review preparation, and co-developed postgraduate modules with strong learning-outcome alignment and instructional design quality.

I’m equally focused on learner persistence and institutional integrity: I’ve introduced data-driven monitoring of student engagement and completion indicators to identify at-risk learners early, and I’ve managed teams across academic and administrative functions. Previously, I built registrar operations from scratch, led a first formal accreditation submission, chaired quality and academic governance committees, and delivered measurable operational and faculty-development improvements through automation, budgeting discipline, and process excellence.
