I seek a role focused on Azure cloud operations and automation, with opportunities to reduce incident response times, implement runbooks/workflows, and grow in cloud and SRE/DevOps responsibilities within a collaborative, process-oriented team.

I am a Software Engineer Associate with hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure resources, automating cloud operations, and handling IT service management through ServiceNow. I have built Power Automate workflows and Azure Automation Runbooks to accelerate response times and streamline VM snapshot and cleanup processes while supporting incident, change, and escalation workflows.

Skilled in troubleshooting with Azure Monitor and Windows Event Viewer, server patching via SCCM and Linux patching, and administering Remote Desktop Services, I consistently improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-resolution for critical alerts. My work at Accenture includes provisioning and configuring Azure VMs, escalating P1 incidents, and coordinating with Microsoft Support to resolve complex issues.
