I am a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for providing exceptional recruitment and onboarding experiences. My journey began as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor at the City of Lincoln Council, where I honed my skills in customer service and communication. This foundation paved the way for my subsequent roles in recruitment, where I have been dedicated to ensuring candidates have a smooth journey from offer to induction.

At Lincoln County Hospital, I served as a Recruitment Assistant and later as a Recruitment Support Officer, where I developed my analytical and problem-solving skills. My current role as an HR Assistant at Branston LTD allows me to leverage my experience and contribute to a people-centered approach in HR.
