Bello Ahmad Falaki

I'm an agricultural professional focused on regenerative and nutrition-sensitive agriculture that improves soil health, biodiversity, climate resilience, dietary diversity, and food security.

As a Field Officer with Sasakawa Africa Association on the Kano State Agropastoral Development Project, I mobilize farmers, collect data, establish and supervise demonstration plots, and deliver training on soil health, crop management, pest management, and sustainable farming techniques.

Through The Nippon Foundation Project, I supported field demonstrations, on-farm trials, adaptive research, farmer training, community mobilization, baseline surveys, and monitoring of climate-smart agricultural practices. I also contributed to reporting, agricultural input distribution, and coordination of interns and volunteers.

My research examined the effect of different concentrations of neem seed oil on field insect pests of cowpea in Kano State. I'm currently pursuing an MSc in One Health and bring practical experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, data management, and community-based agricultural development.
