At Mollica IT, I support recruitment analysts with sourcing, screening, outreach, and candidate follow-up. I manage 8 vacancies simultaneously and work within a three-day SLA to submit three resumes per vacancy.
Previously, I volunteered in recruitment and selection roles at Instituto Residência Travessia and Instituto Formare, supporting interviews, candidate evaluation, and recruitment pipelines. I’m pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a postgraduate specialization in Neuroscience and Behavior.
