What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex transformation and PMO initiatives where I can connect clients and cross-functional teams, improve delivery through clear KPIs and risk management, and mentor junior colleagues.

At NTT DATA, I lead the local PMO stream for an international insurance core-system implementation, managing two junior analysts and driving timely delivery of key milestones.

I oversee deliverable production and quality assurance, track risks and issues, and develop weekly KPIs that support project decision-making. I also serve as a primary connection between the client and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment.

Previously, I supported PMO delivery through requirements analysis, business-calculation formulas, client documentation, and validation activities for insurance transformation projects. My work has also included banking and insurance benchmarking, client presentations, proposals, and approaches for new business.

I bring an Integrated Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, with a Clinical Engineering profile. Alongside consulting, I've tutored mathematics and science subjects and completed an internship focused on plant-cell stress mechanisms.
