I’m looking for a role where I can own HR policy governance and global mobility compliance, improve operational workflows, partner with Legal and vendors, and drive risk-mitigating process enhancements that support business growth.

I’m a strategic professional with extensive experience managing global mobility and immigration programs, grounded in compliance tracking, policy development, and operational process improvements. I bring a strong focus on regulatory adherence, vendor oversight, and improving workflows to enhance efficiency and support business growth.

In my current role as Global HR Policy Governance Lead at Citibank, N.A., I lead communication and change management for new or revised policy documents, including uploading content into the Citi Policy Directory. I oversee HR policy document inventory and pipeline tracking, and I support governance council workflows by assisting policy owners, managing inquiries, and coordinating reviews and voting processes.

Previously at JPMorgan Chase, I served as a Global Mobility Advisor, partnering with legal teams and third-party providers to oversee visa applications (L-1, TN, H-1B, F-1, O-1) and ensuring adherence to firm-wide immigration policies. I developed procedures and workflows for visa sponsorship, expatriate assignments, and relocation approvals, and I conducted periodic audits to implement process enhancements and risk mitigation strategies.
