What I'm looking for

I'm looking to scale B2C e-commerce and customer experience through data-driven operations, funnel optimization, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

At PT Maya Netra Indonesia / ez ID, I built and scaled the official Shopee B2C store from zero to Rp 1.3B+ in revenue across 2,000+ orders. I lead omnichannel support, B2C growth, customer experience, SOP development, and high-tier escalation resolution.

I reduced customer complaint rates from 15% to 2% within three months, cut order-processing time by 50%, and created onboarding systems that reduced vendor setup from one week to two days. I use Google Analytics, market research, and performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and KOL partnerships to identify drop-offs and improve conversion.

Previously at Ginee, I supported operations for 40+ Chinese client accounts and translated structured customer feedback between Indonesia and China product and IT teams. I enjoy building practical systems across cross-border teams in Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam, and China.
