At InnoTech, I own end-to-end delivery of digital healthcare and e-learning products for the Saudi/GCC market, from discovery and planning through UAT and launch. I manage roadmaps and Jira backlogs, and translate stakeholder needs into product requirements.
I build interactive prototypes to validate workflows and uncover edge cases before development. I also create Power BI dashboards and product performance reports to track KPIs and support data-informed product decisions.
Previously, at Qeema Tech, I led requirements discovery and analysis, documenting business processes and mapping As-Is and To-Be workflows. At SOFCO, I conducted user research and created user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; I also deliver part-time UI/UX training at AMIT Learning.
