At PT IDstar Cipta Teknologi (IDstar), I monitor Tencent Cloud infrastructure and application performance using Grafana, TCOP, and Datadog. I track availability and success-rate KPIs for 27 production applications in line with SLA targets.
I classify and validate incidents by severity, then escalate them to L2 within defined response times. I also create and update incident tickets in internal and client systems.
For deployment changes, I check Git repositories and capture pre- and post-deployment evidence for CRQ documentation. I prepare shift handover reports and daily monitoring evidence to support continuity across shifts.
Previously, as IT Operation at PT Hui Bai Fang Indonesia, I maintained operating systems and applications on user devices and troubleshot TCP/IP network and hardware connectivity. I also handled antivirus installation, patch updates, data backups, and peripheral maintenance.
