At PT NTT Indonesia Technology, I lead IT operations across service desk, NOC, systems administration, cloud, and network teams. I oversee service delivery, incident management, escalations, and the technical standards teams use.

I drive improvements through automation, runbooks, and stronger monitoring, while working with client stakeholders on service reviews and operational reporting. I also coach team leads and engineers through one-to-ones and hands-on knowledge sharing.

Before moving into IT operations leadership, I served as Tech Lead Specialist (Cloud) at PT NTT Indonesia Technology. I built reusable Terraform and CloudFormation modules and developed CI/CD workflows in GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps for repeatable multi-cloud deployments.

At PT Cloud Comrade Indonesia, I advised enterprise clients on cloud adoption and delivered AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures and migrations. My project work included a Jcorp data-centre-to-cloud migration with no unplanned downtime and an Azure Virtual Desktop environment for NTUC Income.
