What I'm looking for

I seek a challenging, fast-paced role in community development or rehabilitation where I can apply fieldwork, counseling, and research skills to drive measurable social impact.

I am a Master of Social Work graduate with hands-on experience in community fieldwork, research, and counseling across Meghalaya and Assam. I have completed block fieldwork with Aaranyak, a six-month internship with Darpan, and served as a social and environmental researcher, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and leadership in vulnerable settings.

I have worked as a blood bank counselor and a rehabilitation counselor under government-aligned programs, applying critical thinking and MS Office skills to conduct village surveys, identify needs, and deliver client-centered interventions. I seek roles where I can leverage my field experience and commitment to social welfare to create measurable community outcomes.
