At Nightingales Medical Trust, I conducted Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and supported dementia care, active ageing, and individual activities. I also assisted with casework, group work, and community programmes.
At Richmond Fellowship Society, I gained hands-on exposure to psychiatric rehabilitation and mental health services. I facilitated group activities focused on communication, social skills, conflict resolution, empathy, and adaptation.
My fieldwork has also included community programmes with marginalized populations at Indian Social Institute and inclusive education and disability awareness activities at Seva-in-Action (SiA). I researched resilience and wellbeing among women from matrilineal tribes of Meghalaya and presented papers at national and international conferences.
