What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use Power BI, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and business analysis to turn performance data into strategic decisions and measurable business improvement.

At Old Mutual Insure, I build KPI frameworks, Power BI dashboards, and executive reporting that turn sponsorship, campaign, and event performance data into evidence-based decisions.

In my current Senior Consultant role, I manage delivery across 52 events and 15 agencies while translating stakeholder objectives into measurable outcomes, reporting requirements, and practical optimisation recommendations.

Previously, I analysed campaign and engagement data as a Marketing Consultant and monitored client portfolio performance as a Graduate Portfolio Manager. Across these roles, I’ve strengthened visibility of performance, client activity, service delivery, and follow-up actions.

With 6+ years in financial services and insurance, I combine commercial understanding with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Query, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. I was recognised as Employee of the Quarter in Q3 2025 for ownership, collaboration, delivery excellence, and contribution to business priorities.
