What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer service position where I can contribute strong communication, organization, and support skills, delivering professional, accurate assistance while efficiently resolving customer concerns.

I’m a customer service and administrative professional with 2+ years of experience supporting clients in fast-paced environments through high-volume phone support, email communication, documentation, and administrative tasks. I focus on professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while keeping communication clear and effective.

Most recently, I worked as a Telepoint Customer Service Representative, managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining strong productivity. I handled approximately 300–500 calls per shift (75–100 calls per hour), documented customer interactions accurately, updated internal systems, and navigated multiple systems to resolve concerns efficiently.

Before that, I served as a Receptionist / Client Support at North Penn Legal Services (NPLS), managing inbound calls and email communication while supporting clients. I maintained accurate documentation and confidential records, completed administrative support and data entry tasks, and assisted clients through processes and procedures professionally.
