What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead impactful online business instruction—pairing strategy, HR, and analytics with strong curriculum design and quality assurance—while supporting student success in a collaborative, global learning environment.

I’m a Ph.D.-prepared online business educator focused on helping students apply strategy, organizational development, and analytical thinking to real business decisions. My academic work centers on Organizational Development, E-business Strategies, and Research Methods, supported by an MBA foundation in management, leadership, and quantitative analysis.

For more than 22 years, I’ve taught full-time online—leading courses and supporting degree programs across multiple institutions. In my current roles as an Online Facilitator and online instructor, I teach Introduction to Business, Human Resource Legal Environment, Strategic Global HR Management, Business Law, Managerial Economics, Managerial Finance, Operations Management, and a broad range of MBA/DBA business courses.

I bring deep curriculum and quality expertise, including structured course development experience and completion of the Quality Matters (QM) rubric training (APPQMR). I also have a strong technical foundation from my prior PeopleSoft implementation work—built and maintained reporting using NVision, Crystal Reports, and SQR—and professional training across reporting and enterprise systems.

I’m passionate about global, engaging instruction, having taught in-country and online across Romania, Vietnam, China, Argentina, Mexico, Africa, Spain, Russia, and Saudi Arabia (online). I also contribute to academic knowledge through publications and ongoing dissertation committee work, and I’ve served as a keynote speaker and conference presenter on leadership, social media implications, and online learning.
